- Reinstall the app from the official source.

- Disable a VPN or DNS filter that may block the store's servers.
- Verify the date and time on your device are correct.
- If nothing works, wait, since servers sometimes go down temporarily.

APK File Does Not Install
The usual causes are a corrupted download, insufficient storage, a missing install permission, a signature conflict with an already installed copy or an unsupported Android version. Re-download, free space, enable the permission and uninstall the conflicting original if needed. See installation errors.
Download Keeps Pausing
Check storage, switch networks, disable battery optimization for the app and resume from the download manager.
Sudden App Crash
This often means the mod does not match the installed app build or the device. Choose a different version, clear cache or reinstall the app. See HappyMod keeps crashing.
Mod Features Stop Working
Mods break when the original app updates or when the developer changes server checks. Look for a newer mod version, or install the older app build the mod was made for.
Game Progress and Bans
Progress saved online may not carry over to a modded copy, and a modified client can lead to a ban in online games. Do not use mods on accounts you cannot afford to lose.
Does the App Need Root?
No. The store and its mods generally install without root access. Be wary of any mod that asks you to root your device, since rooting weakens device security. More in does HappyMod need root access?
